What is Custo?
Custo is a one-stop online store that empowers you to design your own custom furniture in minutes via our innovative and intuitive web-based tool. At last, everyone can create furniture to fit their personal space, purpose or passion. In just a few clicks, you can become your own carpenter, crafting every facet of your design to perfection and personalising your creation in ways never before possible.
What can Custo do for you?
With Custo, you can design your own furniture for your home, office or shop according to your own precise measurements. Once you place your order, our team of robotic carpenters and passionate craftspeople set to work. In 2-4 weeks, your furniture is delivered. No two pieces are ever the same.
What kind of furniture can I design and order with Custo?
For now, you can create your own storage furniture such as display shelves, bookshelves, shoe cabinets, sideboards, chests of drawers and TV consoles. We are always adding new types of furniture and new design features to our offering. Watch this space!
Do you have a showroom?
At present, we are purely an e-commerce store. To discover more about the woods (which is primarily European birch, by the way) and other materials used in the construction of your designs, click here or email us at cs@custo.co.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Custo is an e-commerce website. As such, we do not take telephone orders. We do however have a dedicated Custo-mer chat feature on our site that lets you discuss your ideas, plans or questions with a 100% genuine human member of our team. So, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What are the minimum and maximum dimensions of a piece of Custo furniture?
Currently, the minimum dimensions for each furniture type are accessible on our tool. These are based on structural limitations and design considerations that have been built into our algorithm to ensure the structural integrity of each design. The same is true for our maximum dimensions. All your creations are made up of smaller parts that can fit into a standard building elevator.
Do you use centimetres or inches for measurements?
Custo’s design platform is based on the metric system. Please ensure you use cm for your measurements.
Can I dismantle my Custo furniture?
All our products are custom-made, based on your precise requirements. As such, our design philosophy is geared towards easy installation. That said, furniture ranges such as the Stacc and Canyon have the joints fixed on the inside of the shelves and can be dismantled.
Is there a manual for assembling the furniture?
Yes, there is. But not to worry. Your Custo furniture comes pre-assembled or will be assembled at your home, office or shop, based on the nature of your item or space requirements.
Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
We deliver your Custo furniture to your doorstep. Assembly of all items is included.

How much does a Custo furniture cost?
The price for a Custo furniture starts as low as SGD200 per piece. The price changes are real-time based on the size and design features that you require. We are always introducing new options and promotions, so please check in regularly to see what we have in store.
When do I make payment?
Customers are required to make payment at our website’s check-out page after you have designed your furniture. After which, our team will set to work crafting your design from scratch.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card payments.

What is your refund policy?
The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds but will offer you a store credit to the value of the item purchased.Is there a warranty on the product?
Is there a warranty on the product?
We provide a 10-year warranty from the date of your purchase for damage that is not caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear-and-tear and poor maintenance. As such, only product and material malfunctions are covered. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. For more information, please check our Warranty Policy.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We will deliver your order within 2-4 weeks (excluding public holidays) from the time we receive your order. You will be contacted by our Custo-mer Service colleague to arrange a suitable delivery time.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is complimentary with your order. However, if no one is available to receive the order at our first delivery attempt to the address you provided, we will have to charge a SGD65 re-delivery fee. You can find more information in our Delivery and Returns Policy.
When do you deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, except on public holidays. Please note that some condominiums do not allow delivery after certain hours. Kindly check with your condominium management and advise us your preferred delivery time.
Can I change my order delivery time?
You can make 1 (one) amendment to your delivery slot as long as it is 48 hours before the delivery time. A fee of SGD65 will be charged if you reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery slot, to be paid in cash to the delivery company. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order with your order number. Simply log in to your account on Custo to view the necessary details..
Can I self-collect the furniture?
If you wish, you may pick up the furniture from our centrally-located office. Please contact us at cs@custo.co or call us at +65 9810 6417 to arrange self-collection.
Do you deliver overseas or only in Singapore?
Custo is currently only available in Singapore. If you are interested in our products, do get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to update you when our services will be made available in your country.

How do I submit a claim?
If there’s a fabrication issue or material malfunction that is not a result of reasonable wear-and-tear, please send us photos and a detailed description to cs@custo.co.
Can I request for a refund if I don’t like the furniture I designed?
We are sure that you’re going to love your furniture. However, if you ordered with us but your item doesn’t meet your expectations or it doesn’t fit as required, you can request for a store credit to the value of the item purchased within first 5 days from the date of delivery. To ensure a stress-free experience, please make sure that you measure and design your furniture carefully, using the metric system.
Can I cancel or change a pending order?
If you wish to cancel or if you want to make changes to your order, please inform us within 24 hours from the date of order submission. After the 24-hour period, we cannot change or cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible, cs@custo.co AND call us on +65 9810 6417.
