Delivery

We will do all we can to assure that your customized piece of furniture is delivered to you on time. We are excited to offer free delivery and assembly service. Our friendly team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time of delivery.

To reschedule, please contact us 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a rescheduling fee of SGD65.

If nobody is present at the scheduled delivery time and place, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery at a cost of SGD65.

Delivery in Singapore, unless specified below, is for free. CUSTO is currently only available in Singapore. If you are interested in our products, do get in touch with us and we will update you when it is available in your area.
All undelivered orders will be returned to our distribution centre and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery slot with a re-delivery fee of $65, paid in cash to the delivery company.
You can make 1 (one) amendment to your delivery slot as long as it is 48 hours before the delivery time. A fee of SGD65 will be charged if you reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery slot, to be paid in cash to the delivery company. You need to be present to receive your Custo furniture. If you are unable to be present, please contact us at cs@custo.co or call us at +65 9810 6417 to reschedule your delivery.
On delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our carrier leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at cs@custo.co and provide order number, a detailed description of fault, and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 3 working days. In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, CUSTO reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All full refund due to defects will be refunded by the following: Purchase Price - Refund Fee = Refunded Amount (S$). Customers who do not inspect the goods or surroundings upon delivery, accepts the condition as is by signing their acceptance on the delivery order. The delivery order then serves as evidence of the condition of the goods and surroundings as at the time of delivery. Hence, any new defect findings at a later stage will not be entertained.
Should your building management reject our delivery team’s admittance of, delivery will be rescheduled and you will be charged with a SGD65 rescheduling fee, to be paid in cash to the delivery company.Please note that some condominiums do not allow delivery after certain hours. It is, therefore, your responsibility to check with your condominium management and advise us your preferred delivery time.Custo, however, reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of the next delivery slot.
We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding that reasonable access is available. It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in the intended areas. If reasonable access is unavailable or if it becomes hazardous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway); we reserve the right to cancel the delivery.

In the event of a delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Custo reserves the right to reschedule the delivery (subject to availability of the next delivery slot). We will inform you as soon as possible about the next possible delivery date.No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.Custo is not liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment/delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Custo or to any comparison.

Returns

We are confident that you’ll love your bespoke Custo furniture. However, if you are not satisfied with your design, we’ll give you a 80% store credit to design another piece. 20% of the original invoiced amount will be deducted for delivery and handling.
